Yoga comprises a wide range of mind & body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation. In yoga therapy, a personalised practice and home practice is tailored to the health needs of each person. It helps to promote all-round positive health, as well as assisting particular medical conditions whether they are physical, emotional and/or physiological. Yoga therapy is particularly suitable for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment and is suitable for everyone. Conditions which can benefit from Yoga Therapy include, but are not limited to:

Yoga therapy is an emerging field in therapeutic health care and is now recognised as a professional qualification. Certain health funds will cover yoga therapy sessions so check with your own health fund to see if your extras do in fact cover yoga therapy classes.

Initial Yoga therapy visit is offered at the affordable rate of $60. Additional sessions are $110 for 90 minutes.
