Your life is a continual and sacred journey... a unique journey of growth, change, transformation and discovery. The path that you are on at this moment in time is exactly where you are meant to be. Embrace it. You have the ability to expand your insight into the endless possibilities that life holds, to listen to your intuition and courageously take on challenges that present themselves. Yoga brings you into the present moment, the only real place where life exists, the place in which you have the power to actually create your own self and open the door to these endless possibilities.
Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self.

Restorative Yoga uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga poses. The supportive postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing.
These classes are ideal for those going through stressful times, suffering from illness, injury or major life changes. Postures are held for extended times with the support of props.
Yin Yoga is a slower, quieter practice that focuses on creating flexibility in the joints and connective tissue, encouraging more ease in the body and improves flow of prana. In this style of Yoga, you will perform passive poses for longer periods of time, to train your body and mind to slow down, listen and be more present.
Flow-Based Hatha Yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead from one to the next. (These classes will commence in September).
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation class. In these classes, expect little movement for no longer than 10 – 15 mins, except in preparation. Guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) will last 30-40 minutes. These classes will end a few minutes early to allow plenty of time for you to reintegrate with the world around you, before you partake in a yogi tea.
These classes will be subject to the community interest. Please fill out an inquiry form located in contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org
